Now Hiring: Technical Customer Support Specialist

Fulltime at HQ - Bozeman, Montana

We are looking for Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic engineering team to help us deliver quality products to our customers. Our cutting-edge products are used in medical and research facilities to expand human knowledge in neuroscience and neurology.

Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains thorough knowledge of Neuralynx hardware and software products and how they are used by customers to perform neuroscience research.

  • Provides customer technical support through telephone, video conference, and on-site troubleshooting of hardware and software.

  • Records and compiles customer complaints, tracks trends, and develops resolution tools including updates to FAQ, TechTips, and support videos.

  • Organize and prepare for regional or national tradeshows and related conferences/meetings.

  • Coordinate sales demo equipment.

  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of market surveys related to product input and company performance.

  • Assist in the development of technical marketing tools, user manuals, help files, quick guides, and instructions for use.

  • Schedule and implement the installation of certain System sales including the training of Neuralynx customers.

  • RMA processing and tracking.

  • Customer order quoting, processing, and tracking.

  • Train distributors
