Now Hiring: Electronics Assembler 2

Hourly Position, Fulltime, Monday - Friday, at HQ - Bozeman, Montana

Electronics Assembler 2 reports to the Neuralynx Production Manager:

Responsibilities:
  • The assembler 2 is responsible for completing work orders and manufacturing orders in accordance with appropriate assembly and test documents, and IPC J-STD-001. The assembler 2 will be expected to build and test subassemblies, and system components, in addition to all the level 1 products.

  • The assembler 2 will follow all safety rules of the company, and will help all fellow employees in any situation of safety to the best of their ability. Should the assembler observe any safety violation, it is their responsibility to immediately report the violation to their supervisor

  • The assembler 2 will follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions to maintain high levels of quality and consistency

  • The assembler 2 will join fellow production department employees in a weekly meeting headed by the production manager to evaluate Neuralynx products to insure quality and best practices in assembly. In addition to the meetings, the assembler 2 during the regular course of building products may come across better ways of building the product. These discoveries of a better way will be commutated with their supervisor for evaluation.

  • The assembler 2 will be expected to have complete dates in the Training Matrix for all Assembler level 2 training, to include:

    • Auto Test and Database Training,
    • Sub-Assembly and System Building,
    • Receiving Test Training,
    • Cheetah Training 2,
    • Basic Electronics Training, and
    • Basic Troubleshooting Training

    before they are able to attain Technician level 1 status.

  • The assembler 2 is responsible for the cleanliness of their work area, and for helping in the general cleanliness of the production department along with the break room.
