1. Previous Subjects |
The user is allowed to select previously created Subjects or the default Subject.

2. Browse for a File
|
Pegasus will open a window that allows the user to browse for a previously created Subject file. The extension of this Subject file must be *.nsub

3. Create a Subject
|
Pegasus will open the Subject and Session Creation dialog (see section below) that allows the user to create a new Subject, a new Session and specify a directory in which these folders will be created. More detail on these options is provided in the Subject and Session Creation section below. |

1. Previous Sessions |
The user is allowed to choose previously created Sessions for the Subject selected in the above
Subject ID
drop down menu or choose the default Session.

Create a Session
|
Pegasus will open the Subject and Session Creation dialog (see section below) and allow the user to create a new Session for the Subject selected in the above Subject ID drop down menu. A session file will be created with the file extension *.nsif. Only the Session Name will be a field that the user can edit. The Subject ID and the folder in which the data is stored will be determined in the Subject ID field above. A new Subject must be chosen in order to change these designations. More detail on these options is provided in the Subject and Session Creation section below. |

1. Subject Location |
The user is allowed to specify the directory where the data for the next Pegasus session will be stored.

2. Subject Identification
|
The user can specify the Subject Identification information. The data for the next Pegasus session will be stored in a folder with the following format:
<Subject_Location>\<Subject_ID>\<Session_Name>\<session_directory> where the session directory is the time and date when Pegaus was started. Example: If the Subject Location is "C:\Pegasus_directory", the Subject ID is "Patient1", the Session Name is "Day1", and Pegasus is opened at 8am on October 12, 2014, the data will be stored in the following folder: C:\Pegasus_directory\Patient1\Day1\2014-10-12_08-00-00. |
3. Session Name

The user can specify the Session Name. The data for the next Pegasus session will be stored in a folder with the following format:
<Subject_Location>\<Subject_ID>\<Session_Name>\<session_directory> where the session directory is the time and date when Pegaus was started. Example: If the Subject Location is "C:\Pegasus_directory", the Subject ID is "Patient1", the Session Name is "Day1", and Pegasus is opened at 8am on October 12, 2014, the data will be stored in the following folder: C:\Pegasus_directory\Patient1\Day1\2014-10-12_08-00-00. |
