Custom Electrode Configuration Files

Cheetah configuration files are available with AD channel mappings for use with NeuroNexus 16/32/64 channel A, C, CM, F, and H Style probes used with Neuralynx adapters and headstages.

Example:   HS-18   -->   ADPT-HS18-N2T-16   -->   CM-16 probe (NeuroNexus)
Neuralynx provides electrode configuration files for use with NeuroNexus probes.  These files map NeuroNexus Probe Sites to Neuralynx A/D channels.  This is determined by the connection between the output of the probe and the input of the adapter.  Note that the output pinout of the NeuroNexus probes stay constant for varying probe layouts (i.e. A1x16, A4x4, etc).

This table shows the mapping between Neuralynx A/D channels on the ADPT-HS18-N2T-16 and probe sites on the NeuroNexus CM-16 Probe.
