Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure

Please call 406-585-4542 or email Sales to receive repair RMA number from an authorized representative. This RMA is valid for 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to request an updated RMA number. If you have any questions, please contact our sales department.

The RMA number is to identify your package and contents. Please post RMA number on outside of box or near label and address to:

Electronics Disposal Program

Neuralynx will safely dispose or recycle any Neuralynx product at no charge. Please request a RMA number for disposal and ship to Neuralynx.

Consumable Products Return Policy

Neuralynx strives to reduce all possible cross laboratory microorganism contamination. Therefore EIB’s, Adapters, Headstages and Tether Cables (products which are in close contact with animals) may not be returned for credit if removed from the original packaging.
