Neuralynx now has the ability to diagnose or fix some support issues remotely. Just call Neuralynx Support and we'll connect to your PC over the Internet. Users of Cheetah 5.3.0 or newer already have the remote support program installed on their system under the NeuralynxSupport Start Menu folder.
